Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver seeks a candidate currently pursuing BCBA hours to join as Lead Case Supervisor. The role supports practicum hours, provides supervision to RBTs, and advances toward BCBA certification within the Apex Program.

Base pay ranges with signing bonuses and ongoing support, including study materials and more. A guaranteed BCBA role upon exam success is offered, with location dependent on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate rapport-building with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BIP using PFA and SBT.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
