Job summary

Straight and Narrow, headquartered in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Lead Case Manager for Residential Programs. The role involves delivering primary social services within residential addiction treatment and coordinating with various agencies to support client outcomes.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in human services, enrollment in CADC/LCADC coursework, and a valid New Jersey driver’s license. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the human services field.
• Enrollment in CADC/LCADC courses.
• Must be computer literate and able to type.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for a caseload of residential/addiction treatment clients.
• Lead training for new case managers, clinical and OP, residential life staff.
• Coordinate with Drug Court/Probation, DCP&P and other social service agencies; schedule Case Conferences.
• Open client welfare and Medicaid cases; obtain required documents.
• Submit documentation of all groups and sessions daily; attend case management meetings.
• Provide referrals to health, psychiatric, vocational rehabilitation and public assistance services.
