Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a skilled Advanced Carpenter to lead and train teams on large-scale reconstruction projects. You will oversee daily operations, manage materials, perform framing, ceilings, roofing, insulation, and siding tasks, and uphold BELFOR safety standards. Occasional nights, weekends, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervise unskilled labor and BELFOR employees on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Train Carpenter Basic and Intermediate level team members in all facets of their job descriptions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Recognize potential problems and request guidance.
• Answer project questions or escalate to qualified personnel.
• Construct containment for dust and contaminants.
• Perform tasks related to framing, ceilings, roofing, insulation, and siding.
• Lead installation of materials and ensure adherence to BELFOR methods.
• Meet BELFOR safety standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Attend BELFOR safety and operations training as required.
