This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and smooth shift transitions within a supportive team environment.

You will lead shift assignments, manage coverage, and mentor staff while maintaining high-standards of care for residents.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
• Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
