Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to supervise shifts, provide hands-on support, and mentor staff in delivering compassionate senior care. You will ensure quality, hospitality, and accurate documentation while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, resident well-being, and ongoing professional growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or equivalent not required; must have HS diploma or GED.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills essential.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
