Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager in Arlington, VA to lead shifts, provide hands-on support, and coach caregivers. You will review charting for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and mentor new staff.

The role blends frontline care with leadership to ensure compassionate service and safety. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, with experience in senior care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
