Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westminster, CO is seeking a Lead Caregiver to guide compassionate care teams and ensure high‑quality resident support. You will lead shifts, mentor caregivers, and help maintain excellence in daily living activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to care plans; prior experience in assisted living or memory care is valued, along with CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills a must.
