Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to guide teams and deliver compassionate senior care. You will lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage while providing hands-on ADL support when needed.

The role also involves coaching caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards, plus monitoring charting for ISP alignment. Join a mission-driven team committed to quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or equivalent
• First Aid certification required or equivalent
• Medication administration certification required
• Excellent communication, delegation and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred
