Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Rhode Island to supervise shifts, provide hands-on support, and mentor team members. You will coach staff on quality of care, hospitality, and accurate documentation while ensuring adherence to individual service plans.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certs, with experience in senior care preferred. This role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
