Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Lead Caregiver to support and mentor teams in our assisted living community. You will lead shift coverage, deliver hands-on ADL support, and ensure care plans reflect ISP goals.

This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and compassionate service, with growth opportunities and a benefits package including medical, retirement savings, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certifications are required.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Pay Range: 17.30 - 21.70
