Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bon Air, PA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to oversee shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, and mentor new team members. You will coordinate coverage, ensure high-quality care, and support onboarding while promoting safety and compliance across shifts.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, accurate documentation, and excellent communication with residents, families, and the care team in a busy senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (age 18+).
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred/required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
