Curaleaf Brandon is seeking a Lead Store Associate to drive exceptional customer experiences, coach a high-performing team, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage opening/closing, POS transactions, inventory, and daily KPIs while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on retail store operations experience, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Store Associate demonstrating consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Empower associates to build meaningful customer relationships with personalized product recommendations and expert guidance.
• Drive consultative selling on the floor and upsell to enhance guest experiences.
