Job summary

CU Boulder is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Visitor Experience to lead the design and execution of campus visit programs that showcase the university narrative and support recruitment outcomes.

The role requires advanced project management, cross-functional collaboration with marketing and admissions, and a focus on inclusive storytelling for diverse guest populations. Hybrid work with on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visit experience, event management, enrollment/engagement operations, or related fields.
• 1+ year supervising student or temporary staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and execution of signature campus visit experiences.
• Partner with Marketing/Communications on event promotion and messaging.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for large-scale visit programs and events.
• Coordinate with Office of Admissions for logistics of specialized populations and events.
• Leverage data and CRM insights to improve guest outcomes and recruitment metrics.
