Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Campus Visit Program Coordinator to manage the Daily Campus Visit Program and support the admissions process for prospective students and families. This role oversees visit logistics, communications, and campus tour operations, and supervises a team of student guides to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.

You will work with campus partners, maintain visit content in Slate, and assist in major recruitment events such as Accolade and Cardinal Preview

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, customer service and event planning skills.
Ability to supervise student staff and work with campus partners.

Responsibilities

Direct planning and coordination of the Daily Campus Visit Program for prospective students.
Oversee visit program web content and communications in Slate.
Serve as primary contact for visitors via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Develop and maintain campus visit materials, route, and scripts.
Collaborate with Parking, Housing, and Student Activities Center for smooth visits.
Support recruitment events such as Accolade, Cardinal Preview Day, and Say Yes to the Ville.
Recruit, train, and supervise Student Campus Visit Guides (about 50 students).
Assist in counselor on call rotations and general enrollment activities.
