Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Projects Manager in College Station, TX to lead civil, structural, and utility projects from planning through close-out. You will coordinate with facility engineers, designers, vendors, and internal customers to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery and seamless building operations after completion.

You will manage multi-discipline field work, navigate approvals, and supervise night shifts or early contractors as required, with hands-on, end-to-end project ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering related discipline and 3+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management; OR 7+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to deliver on time and under budget
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors
• Review proposals for accuracy and track cost-saving opportunities
• Develop final cost and schedule for projects
• Coordinate with end users and facilities team for building operations and maintenance
• Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers
