Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering related discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management; OR 10+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects to deliver on time and under budget
• Guide preliminary scope and ROM costs based on customer requests
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors
• Evaluate bids and track cost-saving opportunities
• Develop final cost and schedule for the project
• Manage contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines
• Coordinate with city, county, and governmental approvals
• Resolve field design and construction conflicts in real time
• Track and approve invoicing and manage multi-discipline projects
