Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. The position is on-site with live-in arrangements, requiring strong oversight of prep, production, and allergen safety.

You will manage staff, control portions, ensure scratch cooking standards, and coordinate with camp leadership to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; lead and train kitchen staff.
• Ensure menu specs, portion control, and scratch cooking execution; maintain timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and uphold Health Department sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
