Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive discovery, analysis, design, and modernization across Agile workstreams. You will map current and future processes, mentor analysts, and lead executive workshops while ensuring consistent BPI methodologies are applied.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, collaboration with architects and data teams, and delivery of enterprise-wide improvement roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in business process analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• 5+ years leading teams on large-scale process engagements.
• Experience creating current-state and future-state process models.
• Experience facilitating executive interviews and workshops.
• Proficiency in BPMN, swim-lane diagrams, journey mapping, UML, IDEF, or similar.
• Strong documentation of business requirements and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee As-Is maps, workflows, journey maps, and dependency analyses.
• Validate process documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify redundancies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to spot enterprise patterns.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate executive briefings and sessions.
• Design To-Be processes and target operating models with teams.
• Translate needs into implementable requirements and capabilities.
• Develop transition strategies and modernization recommendations.
• Assess impacts to people, process, technology, and governance.
