Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst for a law enforcement agency to drive process improvement initiatives and document requirements to support automation development. You will evaluate controls in complex processes, perform research across MS Office tools, and collaborate with Homeland Security clients to enhance workflows.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in business analytics, strong documentation skills, and the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business analyst for a law enforcement agency conducting process improvement initiatives, gathering and documenting requirements to help with automation development.
• Solve problems by following procedures and have experience in evaluating controls associated with complex business processes.
• Conduct research and analysis using different toolsets across MS suite of tools.
• Work with clients within the Homeland Security space to improve processes.
