The candidate will apply deep cryptographic systems knowledge, MILSATCOM, and engagement with senior government leaders, with travel up to 25-30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience; without degree 13+ years experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase capture success and orders.
• Build relationships with customers to drive growth.
• Lead capture activities across the BD lifecycle to contract award.
• Demonstrate DoW acquisition knowledge and program experience.
• Develop capture, bid and PTW strategies for targeted pursuits.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to inform strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and reviews.
