Job summary

L3Harris Corporation is seeking a high-energy Lead, Program Manager to lead the growth and execution of critical programs within the Cyber Systems business from Camden, NJ. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle activities, drive profitability, and partner with the NSA/DoD on CPFF development programs.

The role requires coordinating with executives, managing schedules, cost, and technical performance, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with government contracting

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an active US Government Secret clearance and/or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• Strong business acumen, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with engineering development/manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience managing large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Leads program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, SOWs, budgets, and contract terms.
• Drives program execution to achieve orders, revenue, and profitability.
• Directs work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
