The role directs cross‑discipline teams to accelerate program execution while maintaining safety, verification, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality across programs; scaling operating models; and driving disciplined engineering rigor with Agile and fail‑fast approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; more with graduate degree.
• At least 5 years of management experience and cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience driving execution across multi‑discipline teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑discipline teams including planning, staffing, execution and continuous improvement.
• Own scope, schedule, budget and technical quality across projects and programs.
• Implement an integrated operating model with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish repeatable engineering processes and shared metrics for interoperability.
• Lead portfolio priorities to deliver results and drive strategy with senior leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, recruiting, and development for high performance.
