Job summary

The PM will manage end-to-end lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cost-Plus and Fixed Price contracts and major subcontracts.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.
• PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and execution of development programs within the Maritime Integrated Systems and Encryption business.
• Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and matrixed teams to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Implement Earned Value Management processes across projects.
