Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team, vendors and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team by providing technical guidance and inspecting facilities
• Coordinate staffing schedules and oversee engineering/maintenance work across areas
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory control for maintenance operations
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly operations reports
• Respond decisively to facility emergencies while maintaining safety procedures
• Serve as liaison between field operations and management on priorities and timelines
