The role requires 7+ years in building operations, BAS/CMMS experience, EPA CFC certification, and strong leadership. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, coordinate with property teams, and respond to emergencies on-site.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of related experience in building operations leadership.
• Experience with BAS and CMMS systems is required.
• EPA Universal CFC certification is required.
