Qualifications

• High School Degree; AA degree in industry preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance supervisor in hi-rise buildings or hotel ops.
• Strong working knowledge of basic trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting).
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects (pumps, motors, mechanical systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance with the maintenance staff.
• Develop and follow the preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise repairs by outside vendors and report to the Association Manager.
• Maintain an operating environment with resident satisfaction in mind.
• Monitor building systems and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Organize time effectively to balance multiple projects.
