KW Property Management LLC seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance of a Miami Beach property, handling interior and exterior needs. The role requires HVAC expertise, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge, with supervisory responsibilities for staff and vendors.

The perfect candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance in hi-rise buildings, a Florida driver’s license, and strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Degree; AA degree in industry preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in hi-rise buildings.
• HVAC Certified or equivalent technical school certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance with the maintenance staff in a supervisory role.
• Develop and adhere to the preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Supervise all building repairs performed by outside vendors and report outcomes to the Association Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean operating environment and high resident service levels.
• Monitor all building systems and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Organize time effectively to balance multiple projects and emergencies.
