Job summary

Join JLL as a Lead Operating Engineer at The Campus in Marlborough, MA, overseeing mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role involves leading maintenance tasks, supervising teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.

You will work from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields and the ability to manage various systems and provide training.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience, especially in repair or maintenance.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving it within first year.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, inspection, and maintenance processes.
• Complete assigned tasks such as plumbing, HVAC systems, and general maintenance.
• Assist in supervising and implementing the preventative maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot building systems, including electrical and pneumatic controls.
