Job summary

A leading integrated facility solutions provider is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee operations of various building systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of engineering experience, hold necessary state licenses, and have proficiency in customer service and team collaboration. Responsibilities include maintenance of HVAC and other systems, troubleshooting, and maintaining logs. This position offers a $46.26 hourly wage with benefits and requires commitment to quality service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the position of engineer.
• OSHA ACM awareness training requirements certification.
• Formal training in energy conservation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform repairs to buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Record all pertinent data in building logbooks.
