Job summary

Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, CA seeks a Building Engineer Lead to direct facility operations across our campuses, ensuring a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment. You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate with department staff, read blueprints, and uphold EMS, FAS, and CMMS systems to maintain essential hospital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CA driver's license required.
• MVR insurable under company policies.
• 15 years general maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or mechanical.
• 10 years hospital maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal codes/regulations.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints.
• Familiar with EMS, FAS, and CMMS.
