Qualifications

• Shift leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure design tolerance and conditions.
• Share expertise and mentor others within the function.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values.
