Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Highly sophisticated math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives in building operations.
• Lead operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Oversee engineering staff and ensure work is completed and spaces are in good condition.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Develop better methods to achieve department goals.
• Coach others to deepen knowledge across functions.
• Demonstrate CBRE RISe values and lead by example.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence stakeholders.
