Qualifications

• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building system inspections to ensure operation within design specifications.
