Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Budtender in Florida to promote and sell cannabis products, deliver outstanding customer service, and enhance the in-store experience. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store, manage POS, and ensure service standards on the sales floor.

You’ll greet customers, provide product knowledge, assist in-store and by phone, and support online orders. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products, deliver excellent customer service, and enhance in-store experience.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder; manage POS and cash handling.
• Train others on POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Assist customers in store and over the phone; process online orders.
• Elevate the in-store customer experience and model service standards for the budtender team.
