Vireo Health is seeking a Budtender in Florida to provide friendly, knowledgeable in-store service and help maintain an organized, compliant retail environment. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience through product knowledge and attentive service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, driving sales through engagement, handling POS operations, and ensuring stock and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience desired but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, customer-focused service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone; process online orders accurately.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Use the POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain training binders.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-stocked; perform housekeeping duties.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused work environment.
