Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an in-person Budtender in Florida to deliver exceptional customer service, use product knowledge to enhance the in-store experience, and help keep the store compliant and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, processing orders, and supporting inventory and merchandising while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Entry level opportunities are available and weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in a friendly manner, delivering excellent service.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone; process online orders accurately.
• Suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
• Use the POS system correctly and handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain training and compliance binder.
• Assist with inventory, stocking merchandise, and visual merchandising.
