Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Budtender to provide exceptional in-store customer service in Florida. You will use product knowledge to enhance every customer’s experience and ensure compliance with store policies.

The role involves greeting customers, processing orders, assisting over the phone, and contributing to merchandising, stocking, and a clean store environment. Prior retail or hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone; process online orders.
• Engage in suggestive selling and share product knowledge.
• Use the POS system for transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with policies; support inventory and merchandising.
