Job summary

Green Dragon is a Florida cannabis retailer, part of Vireo Health, seeking a Lead Budtender to promote and sell products and deliver exceptional customer service in-store, while helping create a welcoming experience for customers.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, handle POS and cash, and support service standards on the sales floor, including handling in-store and online orders.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and manage POS duties.
• Assist customers in-store and by phone, including processing online orders.
• Train others on the POS system and cash handling.
• Enhance the in-store customer experience and uphold service standards.
