Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to explain product benefits and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Pass background checks and adhere to state cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experiences to customers while explaining product benefits.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and coordinate orders via POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and a clean, guest-ready environment.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets and contribute to customer experience goals.
• Support management in ensuring procedures reflect regulatory standards.
