Ayr Wellness is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the dispensary sales floor in alignment with the Store Manager and Lead Budtenders. You will open/close the store, manage breaks, ensure patient flow, and uphold cash controls while fostering a caring customer experience.

The role emphasizes patient care, employee engagement, and driving profitability through coaching and operational efficiency. Prior customer service and hospitality experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dispensary operations in compliance with health and state regulations.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and end-of-day cash reporting.
• Conduct cash handling and register accuracy checks to prevent variances.
• Prepare dispensary for service and patient flow, ensure positive patient experience.
• Oversee salesfloor and coach budtenders on communication and product recommendations.
• Address employee performance concerns and document appropriately.
