• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays including sports home games.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled or broiled items (steaks, burgers, seafood).
• Operate broilers, grills and other cooking equipment.
• Season and marinate meats according to recipes.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable items.
• Open/close duties and end-of-day inventory per checklist.
• Keep workstation, coolers and equipment clean and stocked.
• Record all waste on spoilage sheet as per guidelines.
• May perform other duties to support team goals.
