Job summary

Eataly North America seeks a Bread Production Manager to oversee a 24-hour bakery, producing breads, Roman style pizza, rolls and focaccias. You will lead a team of 15-20 bakers and sales staff, manage schedules, payroll and training, while ensuring adherence to authentic Italian recipes and quality standards.

You will collaborate with the GM of Retail, monitor inventory, costs and budget, and maintain a clean, sanitary production area in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bread production experience.
• 2+ years of managing a sales and production team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of bread products for the location, including breads, Roman style pizza, rolls, focaccia and seasonal items.
• Lead and develop a bakery team of 15-20 employees, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the GM of Retail and Executive Chef on daily bakery activities, recipes and inventory.
