Job summary

Eataly North America seeks a Bread Production Manager to oversee production of bread, Roman style pizza, rolls and focaccia in a 24-hour bakery. You will lead a team of 15–20 bakers and sales associates, coordinating with the GM of Retail and Corporate Head of Bakery to ensure quality and on-time stock.

Responsibilities include maintaining doughs and natural starters, tracking inventory and waste, managing schedules and payroll, and monitoring budgets to keep operations within the approved

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bread production experience.
• 2+ years leading a sales/production team in a bakery environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of bread products for bakery and restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop a bakery team of 15–20 employees, including scheduling and payroll.
• Collaborate with GM of Retail and Corporate Head of Bakery on daily activities and product availability.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and transfers; document in the system.
• Review sales and costs and manage budget within approved limits.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary production area per health standards.
