DiBella’s is seeking a Lead Baker for early-morning duties to bake our fresh bread daily. The role emphasizes maintaining bread quality, following the DiBella’s Bread Manual, and delivering friendly, upbeat customer service.

Responsibilities include baking, preparing deli items, and upholding health standards while supporting a busy team. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Standing for long periods; able to read baking manual; prioritize tasks; multi-task; friendly with customers.

Responsabilités

• Bake the bread following the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow the location’s par list for daily bake quantities.
• Keep the bakery clean, report equipment deficiencies.
• Utilize safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items per portion guidelines.
• Set up deli products (cheeses, meats, breads, condiments, sauces, napkins).
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches per customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills, deli counter, counter sink, and storage areas.
• Develop speed to handle busy rushes; meet Health Department standards.
• Comply with Health Department regulations.
• Willingness to increase product knowledge over time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
