DiBella’s is seeking a Lead Baker in Ohio to start early mornings, bake our renowned bread, and deliver friendly, upbeat customer service. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, following safety rules, and assisting with deli items and sandwiches.

• Provide excellent, friendly customer service while preparing and serving a wide variety of food products.

Responsibilities

• Bake the best bread possible using the procedures in the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow the locations par list for daily bake quantities.
• Keep the bakery clean and organized and report equipment deficiencies.
• Utilize safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to portion guidelines.
• Set up deli products such as cheeses, meats, breads, condiments and napkins.
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches as requested by customers.
• Display excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills, deli counter, sink and more.
• Develop a work pace to handle heavy rushes.
• Ensure Health Department standards in all storage and customer areas.
