DiBella’s is seeking a Lead Baker in Racine, WI to start early mornings, bake our iconic bread, and deliver friendly customer service. The role emphasizes following the Bread Manual, maintaining clean, safe work areas, and handling high-volume preparation with accuracy.

In addition to bread production, you will assist with deli items, uphold Health Department standards, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment with growth opportunities and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent customer service while preparing and serving food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Bake the bread per the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow daily par lists for production quotas.
• Keep bakery clean and report equipment issues.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to guidelines.
• Set up deli products and stock as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service during busy periods.
• Maintain sanitary food storage and workspace.
