DiBella’s is seeking a morning Lead Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will start early, maintain punctuality, and deliver consistent bread quality while providing friendly service to guests.

You’ll follow the DiBella’s Bread Manual, manage daily bake par lists, keep the bakery clean, and train with safety standards to ensure health department compliance. This full-time role offers growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• No experience required for restaurant crewmembers.
• Teens welcome for entry-level bakery duties.
• Paid training provided to new hires.

Responsabilités

• Bake the best bread following the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow the location's par list for daily bake amounts.
• Keep the bakery clean and organized and report equipment deficiencies.
• Utilize all safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to portion guidelines.
• Set up deli products and supplies (cheeses, meats, breads, condiments).
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches per customer requests.
• Display excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills, deli counter, and food storage areas.
• Develop a pace to handle heavy rushes.
• Comply with Health Department Regulations and standards.
• Willingness to increase product knowledge over time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
