• Follow Health Department standards.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Bake bread daily according to the Bread Manual.
• Follow par lists for daily production.
• Keep bakery clean and organized.
• Operate safety equipment to ensure safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items.
• Set up deli products such as cheeses, meats, breads and condiments.
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches on customer request.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills, deli counter and storage areas.
• Develop a pace to handle heavy rushes.
• Comply with Health Department regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
• Willingness to increase product knowledge over time.
