Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Lead Ticketing Representative to manage ticket sales for shows, events, exhibits and attractions across properties. You will provide guest service, handle cash, and assist with reporting and problem resolution.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service and cash handling, familiarity with ticketing preferred, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Ticketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the box office staff when the Director and Manager are not available.
• Open and close the box office when necessary.
• Train new employees on the ticketing process and procedures.
• Assist front line staff with guest issues within the scope of authority.
• Oversee satellite box office and send out ticket reports when necessary.
• Sell tickets, upsell, cross sell and process ticket orders for all properties.
• Interpret and operate ticketing systems with accuracy.
• Answer multi-line telephones with proper etiquette.
