Qualifications

• Ticketing experience preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend/holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Sell tickets and process orders for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions.
• Verify tickets prior to entry into events.
• Answer guest questions with information about facilities and services.
• Balance cash drawer and handle multiple tender types.
• Operate ticketing systems accurately.
• Answer multi-line phones with proper etiquette.
